Axel Hirsoux vandt her til aften den sidste nationale finale i årets Eurovisin-sæson med sin sang “Mother” . Dermed kom Pernille Georgi’s sang (Nothing i Impossible sunget af Eva Jacobs) altså ikke med til ESC 2014 i København.
Axel vandt en knusende sejr med toppoints fra både tv-seerne og de internationale juryer (Azerbaijan, Danmark, Irland, FYR Makedonien, Holland, Spanien og Hviderusland). Se de afgivne points herunder.
I showet fortalte Axel, at “Mother” skal ses til en hyldest til alle mødre, bedstemødre og generelt kvinder i verden.
