“..we seem to get a slightly reworked version of the song. There are five plastic screens on stage and the dancers hide behind them at first. Milan himself appears from before the middle screen. The dance routine is also reworked for Eurovision and is quite modern with some street dance moves. The female dancers have very glitzy pink dresses, while the boys will be performing in bright blue outfits with gold detail.”
The backdrop flashes in multicoloured lights and there are a few bright flashes. The overall feel of the song seems a bit more relaxed from the earlier version.

PETE:
“This is a huge contrast with Latvia before it….Personally I’m not sure about the choreography. I actually prefer the way that the song was presented in the Serbian final. However, vocally he was good and the stage presentation was fine. I’ll probably have to watch it again to get used to this new presentation. Some camera shots do need work, but thats what rehearsals are for.”
KEITH:
“… The new performance requires Milan to do a lot more dancing, which he has no problem with and they have now added a loudspeaker effect to Milan’s vocals on the “Balkan, Balkan” part. This looks great on stage, there is amazing energy and this is sailing into the final though juries may not help its chance of winning the main event.”
ANDREW:
“From the worst we moved to the best rehearsal of the day in Serbia.
I love this turbo pop from the Balkans and although the staging of it is totally new
it still has the energy in the dancers to compliment Milan’s excellent vocals.
This song makes me smile every time I hear it which was 5 or 6 times today.”
TBC.
